The entrance
A sign on the main road marks the entrance, and a wooden gate closes the project. Inside, the roads lead to every lot.
Roads and services
The roads and drainage are kept up, so the lots are easy to reach. Water and electricity connection is available. The community fee is 5 córdobas per m² per year, for the roads and common areas.
The lots
32 lots are for sale, from 800 to 1,190 m², on open, grassy land bordered by trees. The lots at the edge of the forest are the quietest. From $28,080, with −10% on every lot.
Trees, valley and morning mist
Big native trees give shade through the day, and the valley runs down towards the Pacific. Some mornings, the ocean mist rolls over the hills before the sun burns it off.
